Does the photo come printed?
Yes — your photo is printed and fitted before it ships. If you would rather have the frame on its own to add a photo you already have, message us and we will arrange that (a little cheaper).
Can I put ashes in the vial?
No — the vial is cork-sealed, not airtight, so it is not made for cremated remains. It is for a pinch of fur, a little sand or a folded note. We would rather say that than sell you the wrong thing.
What size photo fits?
A standard print. Message us the size you plan to use and we will confirm the opening before you pay.
Will it survive shipping?
It ships boxed with padding around the frame. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we remake or refund it.
