Corgi memorial gifts
A corgi is a long, low dog with ears that are half the personality. They photograph well because the face is open and the ears are huge for the head — but because they are short, most photos are taken from above, which flattens them. Get level and the corgi is unmistakable.
Everything here is made from a photo you already have, in Chengdu, one at a time. Nothing is posted to us.

What suits a corgi
| For this animal | What it means for the piece |
|---|---|
| Size and weight | A corgi runs 25–30 lb (11–14 kg), so it sits in the L tag — 3cm, 9g. The S (2.5cm) is a touch small for the width of the face; the XL is needlessly big. |
| The coat | Double and medium, sheds steadily — a fur keepsake takes a normal pinch. The “fluff” at the back is the giveaway, but the portrait is the face. |
| The photo | Get level. A corgi photographed from standing height is a back and two ears; at their level the face and the ears are the picture. |

Two waiting times, and we do not average them: pieces made from scratch take about 15 days to make and then 10–14 days tracked — roughly four weeks door to door. Ready-made pieces arrive in 8–12 days.
Before you order: the photo
- Ears up, in frame. The ears are the corgi. A head crop that cuts them loses the dog.
- Level with the floor. Short dogs get photographed from above; kneel and the face opens up.
- Eyes and the fox-like head. A head-on or three-quarter shot with both eyes open reads as a corgi.
- Say the coat colour. “Red and white” or “tricolour” or “black and white” — one line tells the designer which direction the markings lean.
If the only photo you have is an old one from years ago, that is still the right photo to start with. Send it before you order and we will tell you what it can and cannot hold — that conversation is free, and it is the point at which a portrait can still change.
Questions people ask
Which tag size?
The ears — do they matter that much?
Do you need the whole dog?
Also by animal
If the piece matters more than the breed, start at memorial keepsakes by animal. For other dogs the size guidance barely changes; for cats it does — see the cat page. Everything we make is on the shop page.
