EveryBeloved is run by one person in Chengdu, China. There is no support queue and no ticket number — messages come to Eidon, who handles the photos, the proofs and the orders.
WhatsApp — fastest
Send a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it will work before you pay. Usually answered within a few hours, China time.
Better for anything with attachments, or if you would rather not use WhatsApp.
Where it ships from
Chengdu, Sichuan, China. Parcels leave through an international tracked line — the timings are on the shipping page, including the Christmas cut-off dates.
Hours
Monday to Saturday, 09:00–21:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8). Messages that arrive overnight are answered the next morning — if it is urgent, say so and we will look at it first.
Before you write
- Wondering how long it takes? The shipping page has the exact number for each piece, and the cut-off dates for Christmas.
- Ordering a custom piece? Send one clear, front-on photo in daylight. Sharp beats pretty — we work straight from it.
- Something arrived damaged? Send a photo of the parcel and the piece; we remake or refund, and we do not ask you to post it back.
