How it works
Day 0–1 — You order and send your photo
Through the site, WhatsApp, or email. We confirm your photo works and your all-in total — which never changes.
Day 1–4 — Made to order
Your piece is made to order — one at a time, no shelf stock. Then it's QC-checked and photographed before it leaves, and you get the photos.
Day 4–6 — Packed & shipped
Gift-ready packaging, handed to our forwarder. Your tracking number is sent to you the same day.
Day 6–9 — Reaching the international line
This is the part most shops leave out: the parcel travels domestically to our shipper first, which takes about three days. It has not lost time — it is simply not yet on the plane.
Day 9–21 — On the way, then delivered
6–12 days on the international tracked line, tracked the whole way. So door to door is roughly three weeks, and occasionally a little more if customs holds it. If tracking stalls, we watch it and tell you.

Every order already includes free tracked shipping on the slower line — 2–3 weeks door to door. If that is too long, tick Express service on the product page and it adds $15.

Two honest limits. Express buys a queue slot and a faster line, not a promise we can beat a calendar — if you need a piece for a date, message us first and we will say yes or no before you pay. And it is not offered on hand-painted portraits: a painting takes 3–4 weeks whatever you pay, and rushing it shows.

Multiple pieces ship together in one consolidated package wherever stock allows — so you pay one shipping cost instead of several. Handy if you're ordering matching pieces for the whole family.
